Capabilities
Five practices, all the same shape.
Preference and first-party data
Consent, preference and channel-aware engagement, built on first-party data.
A preference centre is where a company’s consent and first-party data strategy becomes visible to customers, and it is the work Transcend360 is best known for. We built bespoke preference platforms from 2014 and run embedded preference centres for Papa Johns and Berry Bros & Rudd today. We were designing preference architecture for enterprise B2C and B2B brands well before GDPR, iOS 14 and browser cookie restrictions put it on every board agenda.
Marketing operations
The work behind the marketing.
Campaign planning, asset hand-off, brand-safe execution, social orchestration, performance reporting and response routing make up the operational layer between marketing strategy and the channels customers see. We’ve run this work for distributed enterprise teams in consumer brands, B2B SaaS and financial services for over a decade.
Data architecture
The foundation that lets enterprise data move where it should without breaking on the way.
Data architecture is the unglamorous layer everything else depends on. We’ve spent a decade getting customer, partner, programme and operational data to flow correctly across complex enterprise stacks. Stoa Collections is that work turned into a product.
Integration and connected experiences
Making the systems your customers experience act as one.
Most enterprise customer experiences are stitched across many systems: CRM, ESP, ecommerce, warehouse, support, channel platforms and partner portals. The gaps between those systems are where customers feel friction and where operations get expensive. We’ve spent a decade closing those gaps for enterprise customers. Stoa is the orchestration layer that sits above those systems and gets them working together.
Channel
One view across your partner ecosystem, built on the tools you already run.
Most channel teams already run a PRM, an incentives platform, a CRM and a partner portal, and partners end up with a different login for each. We don’t ask you to replace any of them. Stoa sits alongside your channel stack as a single pane of glass, joining up the data and workflows so partners and channel managers see one picture. It also gives you somewhere to try new ideas quickly, from AI-assisted claims to new incentive and engagement models, without a re-platforming project. We’ve been doing this work for hardware OEMs, financial services firms and B2B distributors since our early years.
