The portfolio

Three brands. One operating company.

Each layer of the customer-revenue-operational lifecycle is best served by a specialist AI-native brand leading its own category. Transcend360 is the operating company that builds and runs them.

Buyer specificity. Operations leaders, revenue teams and creative directors evaluate AI infrastructure differently. They read different publications, attend different conferences, sit in different parts of the organisation. A single brand trying to address all three loses depth in each. Three specialist brands, each leading its own category, let us speak to each buyer on their own terms.

Competitive independence. Stoa’s position in channel operations sometimes calls for partnerships that re4m’s position in creative intelligence would rule out, and the reverse is also true. Separate brands let each move at the right pace, take the right competitive positions, and build the right partner ecosystems.

Compounding value. A customer can buy any one brand and get full value. A customer who buys two or three gets a compounding flow no single competitor offers. The handoffs between brands are real but optional. They add value; they aren’t the price of admission.

Operating layer

Stoa Labs

The configurable operating layer for customer, revenue and channel operations.

Stoa turns the decade of operational practice described on our story page into a product. Six modules (Collections, Workflows, Apps, Logos AI, Cookbook and Forum) combine into a configurable platform that any enterprise can install, run and extend. Customers run their existing systems of record (CRM, warehouse, ESP) and use Stoa as the operational layer above that coordinates work, executes operations, surfaces decisions, and integrates the stack.

  • Built and operated by Transcend360.
  • Live with Papa Johns, Berry Bros & Rudd, Micron and others.
  • Available as recipe-as-app integrations on Klaviyo, Shopify Plus, HubSpot.

Creative intelligence

re4m.ai

Creative intelligence: attention AI, Brand DNA, virality and pre-flight scoring.

re4m.ai is the creative intelligence layer of the modern marketing stack. Per-pixel attention scoring, Brand DNA enforcement against custom-trained brand models, virality prediction, pre-flight creative compliance, all built into the workflows that ship the work. Where Stoa coordinates the operations, re4m governs the creative output. They are separate businesses that work well together.

  • Operated by the re4m group (sister legal entity to Transcend360).
  • AI-native, fast-moving, partnership-led growth.
  • Connects to Figma, Instagram, Google Analytics, Slack and Jira, and to thousands more tools through Zapier, IFTTT and n8n.

Engagement intelligence

benchlyiq.com

AI-native assessment and revenue intelligence.

benchlyiq.com is how teams diagnose buyer intent and surface engagement signals at the top of the funnel. AI-built assessments, response scoring with personalised recommendations, interactive ROI models and benchmark-led content, all designed to turn engagement into qualified revenue intelligence for the operational systems that act on it.

  • Operated by the re4m group (sister legal entity to Transcend360).
  • Live with paying customers; productised assessment platform.
  • Includes a built-in Agency & Consultancy tier for whitelabel partners.

How they fit together

A complete System of Action: benchlyiq surfaces the signals. Stoa orchestrates the response. re4m governs the creative quality. Customers running all three get a closed operational loop no single vendor can match.
