Preference and first-party data
Consent, preference and channel-aware engagement, built on first-party data.
A preference centre is where a company’s consent and first-party data strategy becomes visible to customers, and it is the work Transcend360 is best known for. We built bespoke preference platforms from 2014 and run embedded preference centres for Papa Johns and Berry Bros & Rudd today. We were designing preference architecture for enterprise B2C and B2B brands well before GDPR, iOS 14 and browser cookie restrictions put it on every board agenda.
Approach
- Compliance-grade audit and consent versioning.
- Granular preference architecture: nested categories, channel-specific overrides, regional compliance variants.
- Progressive profiling: Stoa Workflow triggers ask for more preferences as engagement deepens.
- Embedded in the websites, apps and emails customers already use, rather than sent off to a separate destination.
Proof
- Papa Johns: UK consumer brand preference architecture across Braze, custom ecommerce and warehouse.
- Berry Bros & Rudd: UK heritage retailer preference architecture unified across new website, new ESP and Creatio CRM during a digital transformation programme.
