Cookie Policy

How transcend-360.com uses cookies and similar technologies.

Last updated Thu Oct 22 2026 00:00:00 GMT+0000 (Coordinated Universal Time)

This policy explains how Transcend360 Group (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on transcend-360.com. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They are widely used to make websites work, to keep you signed in, and to help site owners understand how their site is used. Similar technologies, such as local storage and tracking pixels, work in comparable ways and are covered by this policy too.

Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK GDPR, we may only set cookies that are not strictly necessary with your consent.

Our approach

We keep this site deliberately free of tracking. If you are browsing our public pages, we do not set any cookies on your device. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, social media plugins or third-party analytics cookies, and we do not sell or share browsing data. Because of this, we do not show a cookie banner.

Strictly necessary cookies

The only cookies this site sets are used by our own team when they sign in to the private area where we publish Insights articles. They are needed for sign-in to work securely, are not used for any other purpose, and are never set for visitors who do not sign in.

CookiePurposeDuration
authjs.session-tokenKeeps an authorised team member signed inUp to 30 days, or until they sign out
authjs.csrf-tokenProtects the sign-in form against cross-site request forgeryUntil the browser is closed
authjs.callback-urlReturns the team member to the page they were on after signing inUntil the browser is closed

On the live site these cookie names may carry a __Secure- or __Host- prefix, which tells your browser to send them only over a secure connection.

Third-party services

Our contact form sends the details you enter to us so we can reply; it does not set cookies. When you follow a link from our site to another website, including our brand sites stoalabs.ai, re4m.ai and benchlyiq.com, that site’s own cookie policy applies.

Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you block cookies altogether. Blocking cookies will not affect your use of our public pages. Guidance for common browsers is available from Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Microsoft Edge. You can also find general information at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If we add any service that uses cookies, such as analytics, we will update this policy before it goes live and, where consent is required, ask for it first. The date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last updated.
