Our story
A decade of bringing complicated things together.
Movement one
2012 → 2018
A decade of bringing complicated things together.
Transcend360 was founded in 2012 by Bill Marjot to do the work nobody else was willing to do at the depth required: bring data, marketing process, customer management, channel programmes and integration architecture together for enterprise customers. The early years were defined by the kind of programmes large software vendors couldn’t deliver and consultancies couldn’t configure: the messy, integration-heavy, context-specific operational work that real businesses need.
Early customer engagements ran across preference architectures for consumer brands, channel programmes for hardware OEMs, and marketing operations for distributed enterprises. The team became known for operationally complex, multi-system, outcome-focused work, the kind that doesn’t fit neatly inside a vendor SKU.
By the end of that period the pattern was clear: the same operational foundations kept being built, customer after customer.
Movement two
2018 → 2024
From delivering other people’s software to delivering our own.
Across that decade of customer engagements, the same patterns kept appearing. Preference architectures. Channel-programme operations. Marketing-operations consolidation. Data integration. The team gradually turned those patterns into platform IP: first as customer-specific assets, then as configurable platforms, and finally as proprietary products.
Individual customer assets became reusable templates, then configurable platforms. Where we used to deliver other people’s software (Adobe, Salesforce and Creatio implementations), we built our own preference platform, channel module and marketing-operations recipes. By 2024, what had started as a marketing-operations services firm had become an operating company shipping its own platform.
What didn’t change: the operational discipline, the customer-first orientation, the depth of expertise. What did: the IP we own, the leverage we have, and the speed at which we can deliver.
Movement three
2024 → today
A System of Action for the modern operational stack.
What we’ve been building all along is what analysts now call a System of Action: the layer that sits above the System of Record and below the System of Engagement. It coordinates work, executes operations, surfaces decisions and integrates the stack. We’ve been doing this for a decade. What’s new is a name for the category and the AI-native infrastructure to scale it.
Stoa is the operating layer. re4m is the creative intelligence layer. benchlyiq is the engagement-and-assessment layer. Together they make a complete System of Action for customer, revenue and channel operations. Each layer is best served by a specialist brand in its own category. Buyers evaluate the layers separately; we structure to match.
The current chapter is what we’re building now: AI-native platform IP, a recipe-as-app marketplace strategy, expansion into new geographies, and partnerships with the vendors whose ecosystems we work alongside.
For our customers
For our customers, the journey means continuity. We’re the same operating company we’ve been for a decade, with the same operational discipline, customer-first approach and depth of expertise. What’s new is the leverage: outcomes that previously took years of engagement now ship in weeks of recipe install, with AI-native automation that pulls from a decade of operational pattern-matching. That’s the bet we’re making, and that’s what makes us the right operating company to bring complicated things together for the next decade.
