Transcend360 has added a new module to its Marketing Operations Management solution aimed at supporting marketing and revenue operations teams manage potential conflicts and clashes when communicating to customer segments.

Intelligent clash manager is part of Transcend360’s Marketing Calendar and allows teams to see if and how their planning communications may impact with other planned initiatives. Transcend360 allows you to define your strategic customer and prospect segments and use these in the planning process. Using this information, we are able to identify potential clashes / conflicts – which may, if not addressed, result in over solicitation and ultimately customer complaints.

This information is consolidated into comprehensive realtime dashboards that provide complete transparency into how teams are working together over time to better serve the needs of customers. This is information when combined with budget, cost and results data provides total visibility to all stakeholders who need it to make decisions and to provide absolute evidence of return on marketing investment (ROMI) to the board.
