Transcend360 solutions integrated with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Transcend360 Preference Centre and Customer Data Platform solutions are now integrated with SFDC Marketing Cloud in order manage a contacts latest preference choices.

Changes made to a contact opt-in status in Marketing Cloud status are retrieved using APIs to update the Preference Centre. Changes made in other applications which update the Preference Centre are propagated to SFDC Marketing Cloud via API to ensure Marketing Cloud contacts lists are up to date.
