# Transcend360

> Transcend360 is an operating company that builds, delivers and runs AI-native platforms for enterprise customer, revenue and channel operations: Stoa Labs, re4m.ai and benchlyiq.com. Founded in 2012, with offices in the UK and US, Transcend360 has spent more than a decade bringing complicated operational work together for enterprise customers, and now builds that practice into its own platform IP.

- [Story](https://transcend-360.com/story.md): How an operating company became the AI-native operating layer.
- [Capabilities](https://transcend-360.com/capabilities.md): Five practices: preference and first-party data, marketing operations, data architecture, integration, and channel ecosystems.
  - [Preference and first-party data](https://transcend-360.com/capabilities/preference.md): Preference centres, consent management and first-party data for enterprise brands, embedded in the websites, apps and emails customers already use.
  - [Marketing operations](https://transcend-360.com/capabilities/marketing-operations.md): Campaign planning, asset hand-off, brand-safe publishing and response routing, run as orchestrated workflows instead of spreadsheets.
  - [Data architecture](https://transcend-360.com/capabilities/data-architecture.md): Enterprise data architecture with field-level access control and audit by default, so customer, partner and programme data flows where it should.
  - [Integration](https://transcend-360.com/capabilities/integration.md): Connect CRM, email, commerce, warehouse and channel platforms so they work as one, coordinated by workflows rather than static data pipes.
  - [Channel ecosystems](https://transcend-360.com/capabilities/channel.md): A single view across your partner ecosystem: MDF, BDF, incentives, registration and claims, working alongside the PRM and tools you already run.
- [Brands](https://transcend-360.com/brands.md): Stoa Labs, re4m.ai and benchlyiq.com, three AI-native brands inside one operating company.
- [About](https://transcend-360.com/about.md): Company facts, leadership, offices, founding date (2012), group structure.

## Insights

- [The missing layer in your stack finally has a name](https://transcend-360.com/insights/the-layer-your-stack-is-missing.md): Systems of record hold the data. Systems of engagement run the conversations. The coordination between them has been people and spreadsheets for twenty years. Analysts now call that layer a System of Action. We have been building it for a decade.
- [Customers experience your operations, not your intentions](https://transcend-360.com/insights/customers-experience-your-operations.md): Brand is what you promise. Operations are what customers actually receive. After a decade running customer operations in production, we think most customer experience programmes are aimed at the wrong layer.
- [Channel programmes do not fail in the strategy. They fail in the plumbing.](https://transcend-360.com/insights/channel-programmes-fail-in-the-plumbing.md): Deal registration, MDF claims, onboarding, sanctions checks, content provisioning. The decisions partners make about you are made in these moments, not in your partner strategy deck.
- [AI belongs inside the process, not on top of it](https://transcend-360.com/insights/ai-belongs-inside-the-process.md): A model bolted onto a broken operation automates nothing. The organisations getting real value from AI in operations are putting it to work inside governed processes, with people holding the decisions.
- [Preference management is a revenue practice, not a compliance checkbox](https://transcend-360.com/insights/preference-management-is-a-revenue-practice.md): We have run preference centres in production since before GDPR made them fashionable. The organisations that treat them as a value exchange, rather than a legal obligation, hold onto audiences everyone else is losing.
- [Why we turned a decade of practice into products](https://transcend-360.com/insights/why-we-codified-a-decade-of-practice.md): Transcend360 was founded in 2012 to do unglamorous, difficult work: bringing data, process, channel programmes and integration together for enterprises. The same patterns kept recurring. So we codified them.
- [The death of the Cookie – Rest in Peace](https://transcend-360.com/insights/the-death-of-the-cookie-rest-in-peace.md): The squeeze on third-party cookies is an opportunity, not a loss. Build relationships on trust and real value exchange, and customers will happily tell you what they want.
- [Zero Party Data Customer Preference Centre](https://transcend-360.com/insights/zero-party-data-customer-preference-centre.md): Most people view a customer preference centre as a necessary evil for GDPR or CCPA compliance. This could not be further from the truth: done properly, it puts the consumer at the heart of the process and the result is zero-party data.
- [Marketing Middleware – Co-ordinating Customer Communications](https://transcend-360.com/insights/marketing-middleware-co-ordinating-customer-communications.md): Running tens or hundreds of simultaneous campaigns is a management problem akin to air traffic control. Marketing middleware sits in the middle of your existing processes and systems and joins them into one cohesive machine.
- [Defining Preference Management measurement – understand the value of zero party data](https://transcend-360.com/insights/defining-preference-management.md): Organisations listen to customers in many ways but lack a consistent framework for measuring preferences. Four measures of success: contact availability, sales growth, Martech stack management and staying the right side of the law.
- [3 warning signs that illustrate the need for an operational marketing portal](https://transcend-360.com/insights/3-warning-signs-operational-marketing-portal.md): Maybe your marketing operations are running like a dream. But if your assets are out of date, your compliance is slipping or everything is just too slow, the warning signs are there.
- [Our 6 most costly marketing budget issues](https://transcend-360.com/insights/our-6-most-costly-marketing-budget-issues.md): From deployments of marketing operations across numerous businesses: the six budget problems that waste the most money, from data integrity and blocked budgets to the end-of-quarter dash to park funds.
- [Early Warning Marketing Budget Indicators](https://transcend-360.com/insights/early-warning-marketing-budget-indicators.md): Project managers live by burn rates and 'to go' numbers. Marketers managing budgets need the same discipline: budget consumption rates, tracked near to real time, before the quarter gets away from you.
- [Operational Marketing Problems](https://transcend-360.com/insights/operational-marketing-problems.md): From our work with organisations all over the world, the operational problems in marketing departments fall into six recurring categories: strategy, management, people, information, technology and process.
- [Improve marketing productivity: implement a multi-channel marketing calendar](https://transcend-360.com/insights/multi-channel-marketing-calendar.md): More channels, more segments, faster market responses. The key to keeping everyone in step is a holistic marketing calendar that shows what is in market, what is planned and who is working on what.
- [Dimensions of a Preference Centre](https://transcend-360.com/insights/dimensions-of-preference-centre.md): Not all preference dimensions are relevant for every business. A framework for choosing the ones that deliver value to the customer and the business alike: channel, product, audience, content, location, frequency, timing and motivation.
